OUR RCC COMMUNITY
Rhythm Cycle Club opened in January of 2019 at its first location in Killarney, MB. We now have expanded to serving three communities in Manitoba: Killarney, Pilot Mound, and Neepawa.
We are a boutique fitness studio and we offer a variety of classes including SPIN, BARRE, YOGA, and PILATES.
Each RCC location differs in what classes are offered but TOGETHER we JOIN in SWEAT and we are the RCC COMMUNITY.

SPIN
Join us for SPIN. We offer a variety of class times at all of our studios for this class. Class time lengths vary from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Spin is an excellent workout targeting our cardiovascular endurance all while riding indoors in a dark room, all the music and good vibes. The energy this class brings is like no other. Spin is well known as an option for a low impact exercise, taking it easy on our joints but still bringing the challenge of a cardio workout. We got your shoes, towel and the bike, you just need to bring you and your water bottle.
BARRE
What can you expect from our barre classes - We incorporate exercises for our whole body at low impact! We start with a gentle warm up, and move through a series of exercises that targets and tones our upper and lower body. This builds strength, core strength, flexibility and balance. Most of all - we enjoy the low lights in our studio, under the disco ball and we move to the music to bring the most fun out of exercise. You won't want to miss this class. Spin and Barre can make for a perfect workout routine.
WEIGHT LIFTING
Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. INDOOR CYCLING
